By all accounts 2020 has been a year like no other! Everyone is looking forward to 2021 with hope for a new, fresh start. As we reflect on 2020, we are happy to report that while we struggled through unforeseen changes, uncertainty and restrictions, we were able to make a significant contribution to the COVID-19 treatment efforts.
Our team can take pride in the fact that we were able to overcome many obstacles and step up our production to produce 6 new, multi-cavity molds within a six-week timeframe and manufacture nearly 4 million components required for assembly of 48,000 ventilators between March and September. These parts passed rigorous inspection in accordance with our quality system to ISO 9001:2015 and 13485:2016 standards. It was a crazy year and we are thankful for all of our customers, suppliers and employees that worked together to meet the goals that were set for us. Like everyone else, we look forward to 2021 and the possibilities that the new year brings!
